one thing i really noticed is that how much better my raptor runs when i go to SA.  the elevation is 2000 feet lower than it is here.  and this time when i come up there i will be about 80 pounds lighter so it really ought to scream this time.  i might hurt myself  Busted up just kidding i better not my wife would kill me!

well i have already noticed difference here with me being lighter so it really should make a difference there.  ya my raptor has efi it was the first year they came out with it.  and i also put the GYTR intake and pipe on it.  that made a huge diffence.  my wifes new z has efi to that is one of the main reasons we bought it.

I'll bet at your altitude that every little bit of air that you can put through the intake system will make a big difference. It would be interesting to know how it runs here.

its amazing how much difference a just a pipe will make.  my wifes z 400 ran pretty good when we got it but there was a couple of hills that she had a hard time getting up with a full run at it hitting 5th gear even.  after we put that yoshi pipe on it and took off the air box lid she could roll up to the same hill in second gear and just scream up it.  there is a lot of hidden  power in there just got to get it out.

Yeah, it was amazing how much just taking the snorkel off of the airbox on my KFX400 would make. Huge difference. With a pipe and opened airbox the 400 is a totally different machine.

I need to get out and ride. Been side-tracked with buying a house.
